At Pawfect Pet Haven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless shopping experience and peace of mind.

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:
We will not be able to accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless we shipped you the wrong product or you received a damaged product. You cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order once your order is confirmed. Please place your order at an address where you can receive it without fail. If you're absent for an extended period of time, we can't resend it.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods. Certain products are non-refundable
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please provide pictures/videos of the product if it is received damaged.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@pawfectpethaven.store to request a return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
  3. Shipping: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Certain situations may warrant only partial refunds (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, Contact us at sales@pawfectpethaven.store within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days. 

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
